I’m a little late posting about my annual November gratitude challenge.
This month is the perfect one for a gratitude practice here in Europe, as it’s the month we commemorate the 1918 Armistice and remember all men and women killed in war.
A daily gratitude practice is a healing and healthy way to remind ourselves of all we benefit from and all those who support us. It builds and strengthens resilience and our sense of wellbeing.
I try to practice gratitude all year, but being human a little boost each year can be helpful. In November I’ll be challenging myself to post on Twitter and Instagram each day one thing I am grateful for.
Today I want to share this gorgeous picture of St Mary’s Lighthouse and share my gratitude for living near the beautiful North Sea, which has given me so much peace and enjoyment since I moved here fourteen years ago.
Why don’t you join me this month?
Try to share what you’re grateful for each day, online or to family, colleagues and friends ..
